Data we handle

When you connect your store, Stockys reads from Shopify the data it needs to import the catalog, map locations and align stock according to the source you choose: products, variants, barcodes, locations and stock levels.

From fulfilled orders it reads the lines needed to record the matching warehouse movement: product, variant, quantity and unit price net of tax.

Your warehouse data stays in your account. We do not sell it and we do not pass it on to anyone else.

Data we do not handle

Stockys does not handle payment data: payments stay on Shopify and on its network.

Stockys does not store end-customer data. From fulfilled orders it reads only the product lines needed for the warehouse movement, not the buyer’s personal details.

Data compliance requests

Shopify sends Stockys two kinds of notification tied to data protection: a customer’s request to access their data or to have it deleted, and shop redaction. Stockys responds to both.

Shop redaction deletes the data related to that shop from our systems.

Encryption of credentials

The credentials for the connection between your store and Stockys are encrypted when they are stored in our systems.

Revoking the connection

You can revoke the connection whenever you want: from the Stockys app inside Shopify, or from the Stockys console. If you are unsure how the connection works, read the frequently asked questions.
